摘要
为了满足动力切换的实时要求,混合动力变速箱用调压阀要求输出压力稳定、动态响应快。根据电液比例阀驱动的电气原理,建立了闭环控制模型,仿真计算了其闭环控制参数和,优化了它的动态响应特性。根据电液比例阀工作的动态特征方程,结合其在液压环境的工作特征,分析调压阀的控制电流与电磁力、输出压力的关系,得出了颤振电流与阀芯运行的规律,颤振周期和峰值变化规律。经过试验验证,满足混合动力变速箱对液体压力的要求。
To satisfy the requirement of power switching in real time, the pressure regulating valve of the HE transmission should be stable output pressure and fast dynamic response. According to the electric principle driven by electro-hydraulic proportional valve, the closed-loop control model is established in this paper; the simulation calculation for the closed-loop control parameters and is conducted, and its dynamic response property is optimized. According to the dynamic characteristics equation of electro-hydraulic proportional valve working, combining with the feature of its work in hydraulic conditions, relationship between the control current of the pressure regulating valve with the electromagnetic force and the output pressure is analyzed. Finally the law between the valve core movement and the dither current is obtained, as well as the change rule of the dither cycle and the dither peak. Through the tests, it is verified that it could meet the requirements of the HE transmission to the liquid pressure.
