基于遗传PID整定的单柱校正压装液压机控制 被引量:2

摘要 目前大多数单柱校正压装液压机都还是采用手动控制或传统PID控制,很难满足于一些对加工要求较高的工件。针对这一问题,本文引入遗传算法,利用其对PID的三参数进行整定,从而对液压机控制性能进行优化。文章最后通过MATLAB仿真实验,得到遗传算法整定的PID控制比常规PID控制有更好的稳定性、鲁棒性和抗干扰性。 At present, most of the single-column compensate hydraulic presses are still using manual control or the traditional PID control, and that could hardly meet some workpieces with higher requirements. In order to solve this problem, in this article,genetic algorithm ( GA) is introduced, and then by using the three parameters of PID setting, the hydraulic control perfomiance could be optimized. Through the MATLAB simulation experiment, it is proved that the PID control setted by the genetic algorithm has better stability, robustness and anti_ interference than the conventional PID control.
