基于规律排列孔数控编程的实验教学

摘要 以FANUC 0I数控铣床系统为平台介绍了钻孔固定循环指令格式与参数含义;以常见的规律排列孔为例,研究了子程序、钻孔指令中的K参数、宏程序三种方式的使用场合和编程技巧。实践证明,灵活运用子程序、K参数、宏程序可大大简化编程,加深学生对数控程序优化的认识和理解,提高学生数控编程、数控机床操作的综合能力。 In this paper, the format and the parameters of the drilling fixed cycle instruction are introduced based on the FANUC 01 NC milling system; the application occasion and the programming technique of the three methods which include the subprogram, the K parameters in the drilling instruction and the macroprogram are studied. Practice has proved that flexible use of the subprogram, the K parameters and the macroprogram can greatly simplify programming, deepen students^ recognition and comprehension to the NC program optimization of, and improve the students^ comprehensive ability of the NC programming and CNC machine tool operation.
