基于车载平台的人工辅助型照度检测车设计

摘要 发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)路灯较传统路灯降低功耗的同时照度随之降低,若LED路灯质量不达标,则会进一步降低路面照度。为此研发基于车载平台的人工辅助型照度检测车设计,该系统检测流程根据国标制定,能实时准确采集路面水平面照度、移动距离,结合高性能中央处理器,具备传感数据采集、处理、存储、远程传输等功能。为实现直观监测,开发智能手机应用程序(application,APP)平台,远程无线监测传感数据。结果表明车载平台相比于传统人工检测节省66.67%时间,同时用平均照度相对误差低于1.81%,提高检测效率。 LED street lamp reduces power consumption and at the same time decreases intensity ofillumination than traditional street lamp. I f the quality of LED street lamp is below standard, itw ill further reduce the illumination of road surface which would result in increase of road trafficaccident rate. This paper studies artificial auxiliary illumination detection car design based onvehicle platform which w ill improve the supervision and detection technology of LED lightingproducts. The testing process is according to the national standard. The system can collect roadhorizontal illumination and mobile distance real -tim e accurately.It has many functions of sensordata acquisition, processing, storage, remote transmission and other functions in combination withhigh performance CPU. To achieve direct monitoring, it should be developed into smart phoneAPPs to monitor sensor data remotely by wireless technologies. Compared with manual testingexperiment, the results show that the system has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost andhigh precision.
