摘要 针对传统电路板测试的局限性与单一性以及日趋灵活的电路板测试需求,基于矩阵开关技术、自动测试技术和虚拟仪器技术,设计并实现一种通用电路板自动故障诊断系统。该系统基于PCI总线技术所构建的通用硬件框架以及利用LabVIEW实现的上位机软件,实现通用电路板的直流电平测试、静态参数测试以及动态参数测试等,完成测量结果的对比分析、保存以及故障定位。实验证明:该系统能够快速准确地完成通用电路板的测试任务。系统搭建完成后,进行7次独立重复试验,测试结果显示:该系统测试数据的最大误差为±0.3%,同时具有性价比高、通用性好、可靠性高等优点,并且可以大大提高测试效率。 This is an automatic fault diagnosis system for common circuit board based on matrixswitch, automatic test and virtual instrument technologies, designed according to the limitationsand unity of traditional circuit board test and an increasingly flexible test tendency. The systemrealizes DC level test,static and dynamic parameter tests of common circuit board,and performscomparative analysis and preservation of measurement results and fault location by the help ofcommon hardware testing framework built by PCI bus technology and upper computer softwareachieved by LabVIEW. Experiment results have proven that the system is able to perform commoncircuit board test fast and accurately. There were seven independent repeated trials after thesystem was established. Results show that the maximum error of test data is ±0.3%. Together withadvantages such as high cost performance, universality and reliability, the test efficiency is greatlyraised.
