新型职业农民教育培训的现状与反思——基于浙江省长兴县和平镇周坞山村的调研

The Current Situation and Reflections on the Educational Training of New Professional Farmers——a case study of a mountain village in Changxing County,Zhejiang Province

长兴县和平镇周坞山村积极开展新型职业农民教育培训,在实践中积极探索"1+1+N"三位一体的教育培训机制,在一定程度上促进了新型职业农民教育培训事业的发展。选择在长兴县和平镇周坞山村开展问卷调查与座谈交流相结合的新型职业农民教育培训现状调研,发现教育培训在新型职业农民养成中的作用及不足。在新型职业农民教育培训中需要提升认识度,发挥社区教育与网络教育的功能作用,完善师资队伍建设,加强特色课程的开发,注重精神文明活动的创建。

The Zhouwu mountain village in Heping town, Changxing county, develops the training for new professional farmers and explores effectively the Trinity education training mechanism M 1+ 1 + N ". Training new professional farmers is very significant and the function of community&network education should be developed,and the construction of the teachers, the development of the characteristic curriculum, the building of the spiritual civilization as well.
