生肖汤加减治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎50例临床分析

目的增大样本量继续观察验方生肖汤加减治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床疗效。方法随机选取2010年1月-2015年11月我院收治的慢性乙肝患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组予以生肖汤加减治疗,对照组予以常用核苷类药物拉米夫定口服治疗,对比观察两组治疗乙肝的临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后转氨酶(P<0.05)、总胆红素(P<0.05)、HBV-DNA(P<0.01)等实验室指标比较具有显著性差异,两组治疗前后症状变化对照分析有显著性差异P<0.05)或有极其显著性差异(P<0.01);两组治疗前后血清HBe Ag阴转和转换的情况比较有极其显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论生肖汤加减治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎具有一定疗效。
