Prunella Clinical Experience of Wu Tie Chief Physician

目的总结吴铁主任医师应用夏枯草的临床经验。方法收集2004年1月—2015年12月在白城中医院应用夏枯草诊治的11例患者,总结辨证施治的经验。结果夏枯草可广泛用于治疗各科疾病,在辨证施治的基础上,配伍其他药物,治疗甲状腺疾病、肺癌胸水、更年期综合征、糖尿病视网膜病变、乳腺增生等,取得了良好的效果。其中8例肺癌合并胸水患者明显好转,1例甲状腺机能亢进患者恢复正常机能,1例甲状腺结节患者显效,1例糖尿病视网膜病变患者好转。即可内服又可外用,有广阔的应用前景。结论夏枯草具有清肝、解毒、散结之功效,可制成丸、散、膏剂,可用于治疗各脏腑病症,尤其是各种增生性疾病,值得推广应用。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of Prunella of Wu Tie chief physician. Methods Collected in January 2004 - December 2015 Application of the diagnosis and treatment of 11 patients with Prunella on Baicheng Hospital of TCM,summary syndrome differentiation experience. Results Prunella subjects can be widely used to treat the disease, based on syndrome differentiation, compatibility with other drugs, treatment of thyroid disease, lung cancer patients, menopausal syndrome,diabetic retinopathy, breast hyperplasia, and achieved good results. 8 cases of lung cancer with pleural effusion were significantly improved, and 1 case of hyperthyroidism patients to return to normal function, one case of thyroid nodules in patients with markedly, one case of diabetic retinopathy patients improved. Can be taken orally but also external, it has broad application prospects. Conclusion Prunella have Liver, detoxification, Sanjie, can be made into pills, powder, ointment, can be used to treat disorders of various organs, in particular the various proliferative diseases, should be widely applied.
