下肢康复机器人在脑卒中及脊髓损伤步行训练中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑卒中及脊髓损伤所致的步行障碍是影响该类患者生活质量的重要因素,传统的步态训练主要是通过调节患者肌力、肌张力及运动模式来改善患者异常步态,而下肢康复机器人通过给予患者高强度、重复性及针对性的下肢步态训练,使患者神经系统功能重塑,从而更有效地达到治疗效果。本文通过对下肢康复机器人在临床中各种疾病后下肢训练的相关文献的阅读,可总结出下肢康复机器人对脑卒中及脊髓损伤患者下肢功能的康复、肌肉功能的恢复、步态的训练都具有一定的临床意义。 The walking disorder induced by stoke and spinal cord injury (SCI) is a key factor which influences the patient's quality of life. The classical gait training can correct the abnormal gait by modulating the muscle force.'tension and motor pattern of patients.However,giving the patients high intention^repetitive and targeted gait training of lower limb, the robot rehabilitation can reconstruct the nervous system,leading to a better effect of treatment.After the reading of related articles, this text summarized that the robot rehabilitation have certain clinical significance to the patients suffered stroke or SCI in their rehabilitation of lower limb.recovery of muscle function and gait training.
