摘要
管理学是一门实践性、应用性较强的课程,尊重学生的主体地位、提高学生参与积极性对于提高教学效果非常重要,因此,自主互动教学模式在管理学中具有很好的应用价值。根据自主互动教学模式的特点,从教学目标设计、教学资源选择、互动方式与互动情景设计、教学手段和方法、教学评价等方面提出了管理学自主互动教学方案的设计思路。调查结果表明,自主互动教学模式在管理学中应用效果较好,关键因素包括现代教学技术和手段的应用、多样化的互动方式与互动资料、分组教学方式的应用等。
Management is a practical course with strong application. Respecting the dominant position of students and improving the students' active participation are very important to improve the teaching effect; therefore the independent interactive teaching mode has good application value in the management course. According to the characteristics of independent interactive teaching mode, this paper puts forward the design ideas of the independent interactive teaching scheme in management from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching resources selection, interaction and interactive scenes,teaching methods and teaching evaluation. The survey results show that independent interactive teaching mode has good application effect in management course, and the key factors include the application of modern teaching techniques and methods, various interaction ways and interactive data,and the application of group teaching methods.
