职业院校学生职业能力与关键能力相互关系的研究

Research on the Relationship between Vocational College Students' Occupational Ability and Key Ability

职业院校的人才培养应符合产业转型升级和企业技术创新要求的发展型、复合型和创新型技术技能人才的需要,这就涉及到如何培养学生各种能力的问题。从目前情况看,大多数职业院校较关注的是学生职业能力的培养,但是从企业的角度看,更关注的是学生的关键能力。关键能力源于职业能力,但又不同于职业能力,它们是相辅相成、相互关联的两个不同能力范畴。

The talent training in vocational colleges should be consistent with the requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading, and the technological innovation of enterprises to cultivate developing, interdisciplinary and innovative talents. From the current situation, most vocational colleges pay more attention to cultivate the students' occupational ability, but from the enterprises' point of view, more focus is on the key ability of the students. The key ability originates from the occupational ability, but it is different from the occupational ability. They are two different ability categories with mutual association which complement each other.
