局职校产学研一俑化实训基地的建设研究——以南京高职校环境监测与治理专业校企合作为例

An Investigation on the Construction of the Integrated Training Base of Production, Learning and Research in Higher Vocational Schools: A Case Study

本文以南京高等职业技术学校环境艺术系与校办企业南京建筑材料测试中心合作为例，阐述了深度的校企合作，提高了人才培养的质量，促进了校企双方人才的交流与成长，带动了产、学、研之间的联动发展。为探索互利共赢、长效合作的深度校企合作方式提供了借鉴。

Taking the cooperation of the Department of Environmental Art in Nanjing Technical Vocational College and Nanjing Building Materials Testing Center, an enterprise ran by the college as an example, this paper elaborates that in-depth school-enterprise cooperation can improve the talent training quality, promote the communication and development of talents in the college and the enterprise, and boost the interactive development of production, learning and research. It provides reference for exploring long-term in-depth school-enterprise cooperation with mutual benefits.
