江苏高校商贸类技能型人才核心能力及培养途径研究--基于USEM的视角

Research on the Core Competence and Training Ways of Trade and Business Skilled Talents in Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province: From the Perspective of USEM

本文从将通用技能与专业技能相结合、将对能力的培养融入到课堂教学中、在校园内营造专业的服务性氛围等三个方面探讨了江苏高校商贸类学生核心能力培养途径,以促使我省高校商贸类技能型人才的核心能力能真正满足市场和社会的需要。

This paper discusses the training ways of core competence of Trade and Business skilled talents in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province from the following three aspects: the integration of general skills and professional skills, the introduction of skill training into classroom teaching, and the creation of service atmosphere in the campus, aiming at making the core competence of Trade and Business skilled talents meet the requirements of the market and the society
