摘要 以农业废弃物棉秆为原料,采用化机浆方法生产棉秆漂白浆,配抄40%的比例生产轻型纸,在纸机抄造过程中,通过控制压榨部线压力和干燥部烘缸干燥温度与干燥曲线,使产品在保持足够的强度下,也有较高的松厚度和较好的不透明度,且具有油墨吸收性好、字迹清晰、印刷性能好等优点,印刷质量可与采用全木浆生产的轻型纸媲美。该轻型纸生产工艺技术减少了木浆使用量,降低了生产过程能耗和水耗,降低了生产成本,增加经济效益,保护宝贵的森林资源,具有较强的市场竞争力。 With agricultural waste cotton stalk as raw material, light weight paper of 4 0 % cotton stalking blending pulp through chemi-mechanical pulping method was produced. During the making procedure, by the control of linear pressure in pressure section, drying temperature and drying curve in drying section, the paper produced could have better bulk and enough opacity while with higher intensity. The paper also have other advantages such as better ink absorbing ability, legibility and higher printing performance which are comparable with all-wood light paper. Light paper produced through this procedure is competitive because it could decrease the usage of wood pulp to protect the forest resources, reduce production cost and increase the economic benefits by saving of energy and water.
