摘要
通过对车间空气中挥发性卤代烃类有机溶剂用活性炭采集,经二硫化碳解析后用毛细管气相色谱法测定,研究车间空气中卤代烃化合物的气相色谱快速测定方法及其应用。研究发现,6种挥发性卤代烃化合物在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999 0,相对标准偏差为0.9%~2.4%,最低检出限为0.5~1.5mg/m^3,平均解吸效率在93.9%~105.3%。该方法定量灵敏准确、操作简便,适用于车间空气中挥发性卤代烃化合物的快速测定。
By using activated carbon for volatile organic solvents in the air of workplace, after carbon disulfide analysis by capillary gas chromatography, rapid determination method and application of halogenated hydrocarbons in the air of workplace compounds by gas chromatography was studied. The study found that the correlation coefficients (r) was all more than 0.999 0, the detection limits of the method was among 0.5 ^1.5 mg/m3, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of reproducible determinations was among 0.9% ~ 2.4%, the average desorption efficiency was among 93.9% ~ 105.3%. This method is sensitive and accurate and easy to operate, so it is suitable for the rapid determination of volatile halogenated compounds in the air of workplace.
