摘要
为了解溶解浆的主要用途和传统漂白工艺的技术方法、生产原料,以我国丰富的阔叶木替代紧缺的棉花和针叶木原料,采用"单独的二氧化氯清洁漂白工艺技术"漂白生产阔叶木溶解浆,开辟了溶解浆新的原料来源。与传统的次氯酸盐、过氧化氢漂白工艺方法相比,可大幅度减少污染物的产生与排放,提高清洁生产水平;工艺技术具有漂白得率高、白度稳定、能耗水耗低、生产成本低等特点。
In order to study the usage o f dissolving pulp and the tra d itio n a l bleaching technologies and th e ir raw materials . Through the solo chlorine dioxide clean bleaching technology, th is paper found new resources o f p u lp by replacing the scarce conventional raw m aterials lik e cotton and needlebush w ith abundant broadleaf wood. Compared w ith the tra d itio n a l bleaching methods w ith hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide, th is new method could sharply reduce the discharge o f waste and p o llu tio n and increase the CP le ve l. T his method has advantages lik e higher bleaching proportion , stable whiteness, low er energy and w ater consum ing, and low er producing cost.
