集束化护理干预在PICC置管病人中的应用

Application of cluster nursing intervention for patients with PICC catheter

[目的]观察集束化护理干预在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)病人中的应用效果。[方法]将120例留置PICC的病人按照入院顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组病人给予常规护理,观察组病人实施集束化护理,对两组病人的护理效果进行比较。[结果]观察组的静脉穿刺次数、制动时间及PICC置管时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组血D-二聚体(DD)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组静脉血栓(VT)发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在PICC置管病人中应用集束化护理管理能够减少VT发生,延长PICC使用时间。

Objective: To observe the application effect of cluster nursing intervention for patients with peripherallyinserted central catheter (PICC) .IMethods: A total of 120 hospitalized patients with PI CC in our hospitalfrom January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to the o--der of admission, 60 cases tn each group.The patients \n control group received routine care PI CC catheter management? the patients in observation group received cluster nursing management ? the nursing effect was comparedbetween both groups.Results : The venipuncture tim e s, braking time and the time of PI group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05) ;The DD and Hey levels after the interventionin observation group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05) ;T he incidence of V T inobservation group was 1.67 % (1/60) , significantly lower than 13.33% in control group (8/60) (P<0.05) .(Conclusion: Cluster nursing management intervention in patients with PI CC catheter could reduce the occurrence ofVT and extend the use time of PI CC.
