妇科肿瘤手术病人的个性化护理效果观察

Observation on effect of individualized nursing for postoperative patients with gynecologic tumor

[目的]观察对妇科肿瘤手术病人实施个性化护理的效果。[方法]将112例肿瘤手术病人按照随机化原则分为对照组(60例)和观察组(52例),分别采用常规护理与个性化护理干预,比较两组基础护理质量优良率、病人依从性及满意度、入出院时焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分的差异。[结果]观察组基础护理质量优良率、依从性优良率及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);出院时观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]个性化护理干预能够有效提高基础护理质量、病人依从性及满意度,改善病人不良情绪。

Objectiv e: To observe the eCfect of individualized nursing for postoperative patients with gynecologictumor.Methods : A total of 11 2 gynecologic tumor patients undergoing surgery were divided into control group(60 cases) and observation group (52 cases) according to randomized principle? respectively receiving the routinecare and individualized nursing, then to compare the differences of the excellent rate of fundamental nursingquality,patients’ compliances and satisfaction, Self - Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self - Rating DepressionScale (SDS) at admission and discharge of patients.R e s u lts: The excellent rate of fundamental nursing qualityand compliances?and satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than group (P〈0.05) .There were no statistically significant differences in SAS score and SDS score at admission betweenboth groups (P>0.05 ) ,the SAS score and SDS score in observation group were significantly that in control group at discharge (P〈0.05). (Conclusion : Individualized nursing intervention could eefectivelyimprove fundamental nursing quality, compliances and satisfaction of patients^and improve the negative psychologicalactivity of patients.
