摘要
[目的]了解新护士对护士工作站信息系统的运用掌握情况及培训需求,为临床新护士规范化培训提供参考指导。[方法]采用自行设计的护士工作站信息系统运用现状及培训需求调查问卷,对武汉某三级甲等医院359名新护士进行调查。[结果]新护士对护士工作站信息系统的运用掌握程度还有待提高,以2015届新毕业护士最为突出,新护士对信息系统培训需求高。[结论]应注重对新护士信息化知识与技能的培训,根据临床需求对新护士展开信息化培训。
Objective: To know about the application situation workstation information system in new nursesand their training needs^so as to provide reference for clinical new nurse standardized training.Methods : A totalof 359 new nurses in a third grade A hospital in Wuhan were investigated by using the self - designed ^ questionnaireof new nurses, application and training needs for nurse workstation information system ^Results : Theuse of nurse workstation information system in new nurses need to be improved, especially new nurses of admissiontime in 201 5 ? new nurses had higher training requirements for information system.Conclusion Inform atizationknowledge and skills training should be thought highly of, and the content of informatization new nurses should be based on the clinical needs.
