摘要
采用不同钝化剂对55%Al-Zn镀层表面进行钝化处理,钝化处理后的材料在硫化氢介质中的耐蚀性能获得明显提高。研究了55%Al-Zn镀液中分别添加稀土元素Re、Ti后对材料在硫化氢介质中耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在55%Al-Zn镀层中分别添加Re、Ti元素能有效提高材料耐硫化氢盐水腐蚀性能。
The corrosion resistance of the materials in the hydrogen sulfide medium has been significantly improved by using different passivation agent on the surface of 55% Al-Zn coating. A research has been conducted on the effect of rare earth element Re and Ti on the corrosion resistance of the materials in the medium of hydrogen sulfide. The results show that adding RE and Ti elements to the 55% Al-Zn coating can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the material.
