摘要 针对在线倒炉过程中出现的工艺烧嘴安装困难、气化炉内无负压、蒸汽供应紧张和抵御跳车能力差等问题进行分析,通过采取改造及优化措施,上述问题逐步得到解决,保障了更换烧嘴操作时的实效性、安全性和稳定性,使在线倒炉操作更加成熟。 This paper investigates the problems of difficult installation of burner in the online inverted furnace, no negative pressure in the gasification furnace, inadequate steam supply and poor anti-jumping ability. These problems have resolved gradually through modification and optimization measures,which ensure the effectiveness, safety and stability during burner changing. Therefore, the operation of online inverted furnace has become more mature
