砖瓦行业脱硫系统设计存在的问题及探讨

砖瓦生产过程中排放的烟气包含烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物等物质,需要处理后才能排放。目前大部分砖厂配套的脱硫系统简陋,烟气净化效果差,针对这些问题,介绍双碱法脱硫系统设计以及设备选型。

The flue gas emissions from the production process of brick and tile contains dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other substances, and needs to be treated before discharge. At present, most of the desulfurization systems in brick factories are simple, and have poor effect on flue gas purification, for these problems, the paper introduces the design and equipment selection of double alkali desulfurization system.
