目的：探讨质子泵抑制剂在临床应用时的处方点评情况。方法：抽取门诊信息管理系统中3720份使用PPIs的病历，通过等距抽样法，采用逢十抽一的方式，对其中372份随机选择，将不完整病历和未归档病历自动剔除。依据点评标准，评估合理使用情况。结果：372份病历中，男176份(47.3%)，女196份(52.7%)。0～18岁4份，18～65岁283份，＞65岁85份。合理病历212份(56.9%)，其余160例(43.0%)不合理病历。不合理病历分类包括药物相互作用、给药途径、重复用药、无使用指征、超常用药、疗程偏长。结论：门诊在PPIs应用上，总体存在不甚合理的情况，药品相互作用、用量、使用指征等各方面均有一些问题存在，需加强对药品的了解，不断更新知识，依据患者实际情况给药，以促进药物合理应用。

Objective:To explore the prescription review situation of proton pump inhibitor in the clinical application.Methods:3720 copies of medical records using PPIs were selected in the outpatient information management system.Through the isometricsampling method,using every ten taking one method,372 copies were randomly selected,and the incomplete medical records andnot archived medical records were automatically removed.According to the standard of review,the reasonable use situation wasassessed.Results:In 372 copies of medical records,176 copies(47.3% ) were men,and 196 copies(52.7% ) were women;4 copieswere 0 to 18 years old,283 copies were 18 to 65 years old,and 85 copies were more than 65 years old.The other 160 copies(43%)were irrational medical records.The irrational medical records classification includes drug interactions,route of administration,repeated use,no use indications,excessive use,too long treatment.Conclusion:The application of PPIs in clinic overall exist not veryreasonable,the drug interactions,dosage,use refers and other have some problems.It needs to strengthen the understanding of thedrug,and constantly update knowledge,administration according to the actual situation of patients to promote the drug reasonableapplication.
