保留齿线外剥内扎加小剂量消痔灵注射法治疗混合痔疗效观察

Curative effect observation of external dissection and internal ligation with the dentate line preserved combined with small dose of xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids

目的:探讨保留齿线外剥内扎加小剂量消痔灵注射法治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:收治混合痔患者123例,随机分为两组。对照组给予传统外剥内扎手术治疗,治疗组给予保留齿线外剥内扎加小剂量消痔灵注射法治疗,比较两组疗效及术后并发症。结果:治疗组治愈率95.3%,明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后疼痛评分、肛门水肿、出血、肛管狭窄发生率均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保留齿线外剥内扎加小剂量消痔灵注射法治疗混合痔疗效显著,术后并发症少。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of external dissection and internal ligation with the dentate line preservedcombined with small dose of xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:123 cases patients of mixedhemorrhoids were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with traditional external dissection and internalligation.The treatment group was treated with external dissection and internal ligation with the dentate line preserved combinedwith small dose of xiaozhiling injection.The curative effect and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 95.3% ,which was significantly better than that of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative pain and incidence of anal edema,hemorrhage,anal stenosis inthe treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:External dissection and internal ligation with the dentate line preserved combined with small dose of xiaozhilinginjection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids had significant curative effect and less postoperative complications.
