他克莫司对肾病综合征患者肾功能的影响

Effect of tacrolimus on renal function in patients with nephrotic syndrome

目的:观察他克莫司药物用于肾病综合征疾病治疗的可行性、有效性。方法:收治肾病综合征患者60例,随机平分为两组。对照组临床使用多巴胺、酚妥拉明治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用他克莫司,对治疗前后患者肾脏损伤指标进行抽血检查,同时对两组疾病治疗效果进行评估。结果:治疗后对照组患者尿蛋白、肾小球滤过率、血清Cys C恢复效果不如治疗组好,P<0.05;对照组症状改善有效率83.3%,低于治疗组的93.3%,P<0.05。结论:临床对肾病综合征患者应用他克莫司治疗,能有效改善患者症状、恢复肾功能。

Objective:To observe the feasibility and effectiveness of tacrolimus in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods:60patients with nephrotic syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group wastreated with dopamine and phentolamine,on this basis,the treatment group was treated with tacrolimus.The indexes of renal injurywere measured before and after treatment,at the same time,the disease treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the urinary protein,glomerular filtration rate,serum CysC recovery effect of the control group was not good than thetreatment group,P<0.05.The effective rate of symptomatic improvement in the control group was 83.3% lower than that in thetreatment group of 93.3% ,P<0.05.Conclusion:Clinical application of tacrolimus in patients with nephrotic syndrome caneffectively improve the symptoms of patients,restore renal function.
