人工膝关节表面置换术治疗重度骨关节炎的疗效评估

Evaluation of the effect of artificial knee joint replacement in the treatment of severe osteoarthritis

目的:探讨人工膝关节表面置换术治疗重度骨关节炎的疗效。方法:收治重度骨关节炎患者41例,对所有患者采用人工膝关节表面置换术治疗。结果:术后的VAS、ROM评分接近正常值,各项指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),所有患者均治疗成功。结论:人工膝关节表面置换术治疗重度骨关节炎,能让患者尽快康复,手术安全性比较高,术后不良反应少。

Objective:To investigate the effect of artificial knee joint replacement in the treatment of severe osteoarthritis.Methods:41 patients with severe osteoarthritis were selected,and all of them were treated with the artificial knee joint surface replacementtherapy.Results:The VAS and ROM scores were close to normal after operation,and the indexes were significantly different,withstatistical significance(P<0.05).All patients were successfully treated successfully.Conclusion:Artificial knee replacementtherapy in the treatment of severe osteoarthritis can make patients rehabilitation as soon as possible.The surgical safety isrelatively high,and the postoperative adverse reactions are less.
