观察补阳还五汤配合针灸在治疗脑卒中后遗症中的治疗效果

Effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequela

目的:探讨补阳还五汤配合针灸疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症的效果。方法:收治脑卒中后遗症患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组采用补阳还五汤配合针灸疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和痊愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤配合针灸疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of strokesequela.Methods:100 patients with stroke sequela were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and thecontrol group.The control group was treated with aspirin.The observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoctioncombined with acupuncture.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate and cure rate of theobservation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Buyang Huanwudecoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequela was significant.
