针极肌电图定位下辅助神经阻滞治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of auxiliary nerve block under needle electromyography in the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的:不同治疗肩周炎的方法比较并观察其疗效。方法:收治30例肩周炎患者,平均分成3组,均采用口服扎冲十三味+针灸理疗+功能锻炼。A组口服洛芬待因;B组肩胛上神经阻滞;C组:首先通过针极肌电图的检查确认单位动作电位异常度最高的部位,随即进行肩胛上神经阻滞。结果:3组治愈率:A组20%,B组70%,C组90%。C组明显优于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:肌电图定位下神经阻滞治疗肩周炎效果及预后状况明显优于对照组。

Objective:To compare the different methods for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis and observe its curativeeffect.Methods:30 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the three groups onaverage.They were all treated by zhachongshisanwei,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and functional exercise.The group Awas treated with luofendeine;the group B was treated with suprascapular nerve block;the group C:first confirmed by examining thesite of the highest unit action potentials exception of needle electromyography,ending check that particular site,then carried thescapular nerve block.Results:The cure rate of the 3 groups:the group A of 20%,the group B of 70%,the group C of 90%.The groupC was significantly better than the group A and the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect and prognosis of auxiliary nerve blockunder needle electromyography in the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were significantly better than that ofcontrol group.
