急诊抢救护理管理对脑出血患者的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of emergency nursing management on patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨急诊抢救护理管理对脑出血患者的临床效果。方法:收治急性脑出血患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规急诊护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予急诊抢救护理管理措施,比较两组急诊治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者应用急诊抢救护理管理可提高临床治疗效果,降低死亡率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of emergency nursing management on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was givenroutine emergency nursing measures.The observation group was given emergency nursing management procedures based on thecontrol group.The emergency treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observationgroup was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of emergency nursing management could improve the clinical treatment effect and reduce the mortality rate ofpatients with cerebral hemorrhage.
