摘要
目的:探讨肺结核大咯血患者的护理。方法:收治肺结核大咯血患者40例,分为对照组与观察组各20例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予心理护理、咯血护理等综合护理。结果:两组患者治疗总有效率与总满意度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予肺结核大咯血患者护理干预,可大幅提升患者的治疗效果与满意度,从而使得患者的生命质量得以大大提升。
Objective:To investigate the nursing on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis.Methods:40 patients withpulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 20cases in each.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group were given comprehensive nursing,suchas psychological care and hemoptysis care based on the routine nursing care.Results:The total effective rate and total satisfactionof the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention forpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis can significantly improve the treatment effect and satisfaction of patients,so thatthe life quality of patients can be improved greatly.
