健康教育在儿童保健和预防接种中的效果评价

Effect evaluation of health education on child health care and vaccination

目的:探讨健康教育(HE)在儿童保健(HC)和预防接种中的应用效果。方法:将1 280例保健与预防接种的幼儿家长作为观察组,分别给予健康教育干预,对比干预前后家长的保健和预防接种相关知识的了解、保健和预防接种覆盖率以及干预满意度情况。将1 085例同期未行健康教育的幼儿家长作为对照组。结果:干预后,观察组幼儿家长的保健和预防接种活动的满意度明显提升,医疗纠纷发生率显著降低(P<0.05);干预后,观察组对计划免疫知识的知晓率显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童保健和预防接种活动中,健康教育能够显著提升家长计划免疫相关知识,降低医疗纠纷发生率,促进幼儿更好地成长。

Objective:To explore the application effect of health education(HE) on child health care(HC) and vaccination.Methods:1 280 cases of health care and vaccination children's parents were as the observation group,and they were given health educationintervention.The health care and vaccination related knowledge understanding of parents,health care and vaccination coveragerate and intervention satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention.1 085 cases of children's parents without healtheducation at the same period were as the control group.Results:After the intervention,the health care and vaccination activitiessatisfaction of children's parents in the observation group was significantly improved,and the incidence of medical disputesdecreased significantly(P<0.05).After the intervention,the awareness rate of planned immunization knowledge in the observationgroup was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the child health care and vaccination activity,the health education cansignificantly improve the planned immunization related knowledge of parents,reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,andpromote better growth of children.
