Value of PDCA circulation in the management of clinical blood transfusion

目的:探讨PDCA循环用于临床输血管理中的临床价值。方法:收治输血患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组采用PDCA循环管理方法,对照组采用常规管理方法,比较两组临床管理效果和输血质量。结果:试验组的临床效果和输血质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环用于临床输血管理中的临床价值显著。

Objective:To explore the value of PDCA circulation in the management of clinical blood transfusion.Methods:80patients with blood transfusion were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Theexperimental group was given the PDCA cycle management method.The control group was given conventional managementmethod.We compared the clinical blood transfusion management effect and quality of two groups.Results:In the experimentalgroup,the clinical effect and the quality of blood transfusion were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thevalue of PDCA circulation in the management of clinical blood transfusion was significant.
