改良基底环形加楔形切除法乳头缩小术

The modified method of nipple reduction with circular and wedge-shaped resection of the nipple basal skin

目的:探讨改良基底环形加楔形切除法治疗乳头肥大症的临床应用疗效。方法:基底环形切除乳头皮肤联合楔形切除肥大皮肤和皮下组织185例。结果:185例乳头肥大受术者均未出现并发症,其中179例获得随访,170例乳头感觉及勃起功能正常,效果满意,瘢痕不明显。结论:改良基底环形加楔形切除法能够同时缩小乳头的直径和长度,从而显著缩小乳头体积,并且安全及最大限度保留乳头功能的特点,为治疗乳头肥大的一种有效、微创的术式。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of nipple hypertrophy by modified nipple reduction with circular and wedgeshaped resection of the nipple basal skin. Methods From July 2011 to June 2016,185 cases with hypertrophic nipple were performed the nipple reduction using circular resection of the nipple basal skin combined with wedge-shaped resection of hypertrophic cutaneous and subcutaneous tissue. Results All 185 cases had no complications.170 of 179 follow-up patients were satisfied with the shortened nipples,normal nipple sensation and erection function,concealed scars. Conclusion Combined circular and wedge-shape resection of the nipple,the method of modified nipple reduction shortened the diameter and height of the nipple simultaneously,reduced the volume significantly and reserved the function maximumly.It is a safe,efficacious and minimally invasive method.
