自体脂肪颗粒填充矫正面部凹陷美容效果探讨

Investigation of the cosmetic effects of filling autologous fat granule to correct facial sunken

目的：总结应用自体脂肪颗粒移植填充矫治颜面部凹陷的美容效果。方法：2014年1月-2016年2月间,对197例面部不同部位凹陷或外形不满意的就医者，采用肿胀麻醉与注射器法获取脂肪颗粒后，注射填充于面部凹陷部位，以改善面部衰老症状。结果：本组就医者中173例行一次填充后感觉效果满意，20例术后3～6个月行第2次充填后满意，2例行3次、2例行4次填充后满意。术后随访1～12个月，完全满意者141例，满意的49例,认为手术效果一般的5例,不满意者2例。结论：自体脂肪颗粒注射填充面部凹陷，美容效果明显，潜在风险小，并发症少，是面部年轻化及美容重塑的一种安全而理想的手术方法。

Objective To summarize the cosmetic effects of filling autologous fat granule to correct facial sunken. Methods From January 2014 to February 2016,Swelling anesthesia with syringe method was used to get fat globules, then injected them into facial sunken,in order to change the symptoms of facial aging. Results 172 cases were satisfactory after once filling.20 cases were accept twice injection after 3-6months, and 2 cases with three times, 2 cases with four times, they were all satisfactory in the end. Conclusion It is a safe,perfect,cosmetic effect obviously, and few complication method on correcting facial sunken by filling autologous fat granule.
