保留真皮下血管网微创小切口治疗腋臭临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of reservation subdermal vascular network by minimally invasive and small incision in axillar osmidrosis

目的：探讨保留真皮下血管网微创小切口治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法：总结分析我院烧伤整形外科自2013年12月至2016年1月的60例腋臭患者采用保留真皮下血管网微创小切口治疗腋臭的临床效果。结果：60例（120侧）患者切口甲级愈合109侧，经换药愈合11侧。随访3～12个月，所有患者术后切口无明显瘢痕。54例腋下异味完全消失而治愈，6例有轻度异味。结论：保留真皮下血管网微创小切口治疗腋臭，具有创伤小、安全、恢复快、效果确切、愈合后瘢痕不明显的优点并最大限度地符合了整形外科的美学的要求，值得临床推行并运用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of treatment for axillar osmidrosis by minimally invasiveand small incision with reservation subdermal vascular network. Methods This study generalized and analyzed the curative effects of 60 patients with axillary osmidrosis, attending the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery in our hostiple from December 2013 to January 2016. They were treated by minimally invasive and small incision with reservation subdermal vascular network. Results 60 patients (120 sides) were collected. 109 sides of them had Class-A healing incisions, and 11 sides of them had healing incisions after changing dressings. All patients were followed up for three to twelve months. None patient had obvious scars of the postoperative incisions. Underarm odor of 54 patients had disappeared completely and were cured. Only 6 patients had slight odor. Conclusion This method possessed the advantages of simple, safe, fast recovered and accurate effect. Postoper ativescars were not obvious. It met the requirement of the aesthetic plastic surgery farthest. It is worthy of clinical application.
