精准强脉冲光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎临床观察

Clinical observational study of steroid-dependent dermatitis treated with dye pulsed light joint collagen dressing

目的:观察精准强脉冲光(dye pulsed light,DPL)联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将81例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组:51例,采用DPL联合胶原贴治疗;对照组:30例,口服咪唑斯汀缓释片联合外用吡美莫司乳膏,两组患者均外涂硅油乳膏,疗程8周。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为84.31%和63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DPL联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效较好,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dye pulsed light (DPL) joint collagen dressing in patients with steroiddependent dermatitis. Methods 81 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 51 patients as treated group were treated with DPL joint collagen dressing; 30 patients as control group oral Mizolastine sustained release tablets and pimecrolimus cream external. All patients were treated silicone cream. The treatments lasted eight weeks. Results The response rate was 84.31% in treated group and 63.33% in control group. The difference between the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion DPL joint collagen dressing may be a safe and effective treatment for facial steroid-dependent dermatitis patients.
