冷敷保湿修复敷料对太田痣激光术后创面修复的疗效分析

The effect of cold moisturizing repair materials on wound healing after laser treatment for nevus of ota

目的:研究冷敷保湿修复敷料用于太田痣激光术后创面修复的有效性和安全性。方法:选择2012年7月-2013年5月在福建医科大学附属协和医院激光治疗中心接受激光治疗的86例太田痣患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。治疗组:术后每天用灭菌注射用水清洗创面的同时配合用冷敷保湿修复敷料外喷;对照组:仅每天用注射用水清洗创面。观察并记录每例患者治疗后的恢复时间、有无出现色素沉着、凹陷性瘢痕等并发症,并拍照记录。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,创面愈合时间明显缩短,无任何并发症出现,对照组出现色素脱失及其他并发症的几率较高。结论:冷敷保湿修复敷料修复激光术后创面,有助于促进创面愈合,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of applying cold moisturizing repair materials on nevus of ota after laser treatment. Methods From Jul 2012 to May 2013, 43 cases received cleaning of treatment region with sterilized water for injection and spraying with cold moisturizing repair material onto the surface every day, while 43 cases were submitted with cleaning of treatment region with aquae pro injection each day only. Each case in both groups was evaluated with reprocessing time and postoperative complications and was taken photos of. Results The reprocessing time of Group A were shorter than Group B obviously (P <0.05). At the same time, the occurrence rate of postoperative complications in Group A was much lower than that in Group B (P <0.01). Conclusion The cold moisturizing repair materials treatment can help to promote wound healing and reduce complications after laser treatment.
