中药益气通脉汤联用常规西药治疗老年心肌梗死后心绞痛疗效观察

Effect observation of Yiqi Tongmai decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treating angina pectoris in elderly patients with myocardial infarction

目的:中药益气通脉汤联用常规西药治疗老年心肌梗死后心绞痛疗效。方法:分析老年PMIA患者84例的临床资料,分为两组,对照组采取西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上实施益气通脉汤治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组患者的心绞痛疗效及其中医证候疗效均显著优于对照组,治疗后观察组患者的发作次数、发作时间均显著低于对照组,左室射血分数、左室短缩率观察组显著高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中药益气通脉汤联用常规西药治疗老年心肌梗死后心绞痛的效果显著,值得在临床上推广。

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Tongmai decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treating angina pectoris in elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Methods: The clinical data of 84 cases of aged PMIA patients were analyzed and divided into two groups, the control group received Western medicine treatment while the observation group received Yiqi Tongmai decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: The effect and the angina syndrome effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, after treatment, the number of seizures, the time of onset of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular shortening rate of the observation group were significantly higher, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Tongmai decoction combined with conventional western medicine had significant effect in treating angina pectoris in elderly patients with myocardial infarction, it was worthy of clinical promotion.
