二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰湿蕴肺证疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Erchen decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm retention in the lung

目的:观察二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)痰湿蕴肺证的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的100例患者随机分为两组。对照组50例采用常规西药治疗;治疗组50例,在对照组治疗基础上加服二陈汤合三子养亲汤。观察临床疗效及治疗前后呼吸问卷调查表(CAT评分表)积分和治疗前后肺功能的改善情况。结果:治疗组显效率为75.0%,对照组为54.1%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CAT评分表积分均有所降低,与治疗前比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组肺功能均有所改善,与治疗前比较,有显著性或非常显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);其中FEV1/F VC治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗COPD痰湿蕴肺证疗效显著。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Erchen decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with phlegm retention in the lung. Methods: 100 patients met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups. 50 patients in the control group received no decoction treatment while 50 patients in the treatment group received Erchen decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction(prescription: France Breit, orange peel, Perilla, Poria, Mustard Seed, radish son,licorice, ginger, plum). The clinical effect, respiratory questionnaire (CAT score table) scores before and after treatment and the improvement in lung function before and after treatment were observed. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 75.00%, and that of the control group was 54.05%, the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, CAT score sheet (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test scores) points of two groups were decreased compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); after treatment group, the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the lung functions of two groups were improved compared with that before treatment, the difference was significant or very significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); the improvement of FEV1/F VC of the treatment group was more significant that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction had significant effect in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with phlegm retention in the lung.
