丹参注射液联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical effects of Danshen injection combined single sialic acid and four hexose ganglioside sodium injection in treating acute cerebral infarction

目的:分析中成药丹参注射液与单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液在治疗急性脑梗死方面的疗效。方法:将我院122例急性脑梗死患者随机分成实验组与对照组,各61例,对照组单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GMI)钠注射液治疗,实验组丹参注射液联合GMI治疗,比较两组临床效果及各指标差异。结果:实验组总有效率是95.08%,显著高于对照组77.05%,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组NIHSS评分治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液结合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液在治疗急性脑梗死方面效果较好,显著改善了神经功能缺损状况,值得使用与推广。

Objective: To analyze the curative effect of Danshen injection combined with single sialic acid and four hexose ganglioside sodium injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 122 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group received single hexose ganglioside sialic acid (GMI) sodium injection treatment while the experimental group received Danshen injection combined with GMI treatment, the clinical results and index difference were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.08%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 77.05%, the difference was significant, P <0.05; NIHSS scores in the experimental group after 14, 21 days of treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: Danshen injection combined with single sialic acid and four hexose ganglioside sodium injection had better curative effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, it could significantly improve the neurological deficit situation and was worth application and promotion.
