中西医结合治疗宫外孕的临床分析

Clinical analysis of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨分析中西医结合治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法:选60例于我院接受治疗的宫外孕患者,其中30例米非司酮治疗(对照组),另30例在此基础上联合中药汤剂治疗(治疗组)。结果:治疗总有效率治疗组与对照组为96.7%vs80.0%(P<0.05),血β-HCG恢复正常时间治疗组与对照组为(16.9±8.8)d vs(26.8±12.6)d(P<0.05),血清孕酮恢复正常时间治疗组与对照组为(9.91±3.22)d vs(14.75±4.38)d(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗宫外孕的效果优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 60 cases with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were studied dividing in control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. Mifepristone treatment was applied in the control group, and the treatment group was treated with combined decoction of Chinese medicine treatment and western medicine . Results: The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were respectively 96.67% and 80% and the difference was significant (P<0.05), blood β-HCG recovery time of the treatment group and the control group was (16.9±8.8) days vs (26.8±12.6) days (P<0.05), serum progesterone recovery time of the treatment group and the control group was (9.91±3.22) d vs (14.75±4.38) d (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine is better than that of western medicine alone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
