食疗联合营养教育治疗糖尿病的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of diet therapy combined with nutrition education in treating diabetes

目的:探讨食疗联合营养教育治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年3月—2015年12月的80例糖尿病患者,随机抽取分为对照组与观察组各40例,其中对照组采用常规治疗与管理,观察组在对照组基础上添加食疗联合营养教育,分析两组患者治疗效果差异。结果:在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白上,观察组治疗前后改善幅度高于对照组,P<0.05;在治疗满意度上,观察组满意率为95%,显著高于对照组82.5%,P<0.05。结论:食疗联合营养教育治疗糖尿病可以有效稳定血糖指数,提升患者治疗满意度。

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of diet therapy combined with nutrition education in treating diabetes.Methods: 80 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group, the control group received conventional treatment and management while the observation group received diet therapy combined with nutrition education on the basis of conventional treatment and management, the different effects of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results: As for the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose levels, the glycated hemoglobin, the improvement of the the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, P<0.05; As for the treatment satisfaction, the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 82.5% , P<0.05. Conclusion: Diet therapy combined with nutrition education could effectively stabilize the glycemic index and improve patients treatment satisfaction in treating diabetes.
