小儿肾病复发的中医防治探讨

肾病综合征(Nephrotic Syndrome,NS)是由于各种原因导致的肾小球通透性增加,临床表现为大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症、高脂血症和不同程度水肿为特征。其中,原发性肾病综合征是儿童时期最常见的肾小球疾病,而感染是导致其反复复发的最重要诱因,从而增加了糖皮质激素的使用甚至耐药,中医在防治NS复发方面有其独特的疗效,冀本文为临床提供新的思路。
