补脾清肠汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎35例临床观察

Clinical observation of Bupi Qingchang decoction in treating 35 cases of ulcerative colitis

目的:观察补脾清肠汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组使用柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片、美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒。治疗组在对照组基础上,加用补脾清肠汤。治疗3个月后判定疗效。结果:治疗后两组临床症状、结肠镜检查结果均有不同程度改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补脾清肠汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好,安全性高。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bupi Qingchang decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods: 70 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets and mesalazine sustained release granules, and the treatment group was treated with Bupi Qingchang decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 months of treatment. Results: After treatment, the changes of clinical symptoms and colonoscopy of two groups were improved and that of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bupi Qingchang decoction was effective and safe in treating ulcerative colitis.
