Discussion on spleen yin deficiency

目前中医临床对于脾阴虚不够重视,脾阴虚的临床表现容易被忽视,很多医生将脾阴虚辨证为胃阴虚,从而在治疗用药上出现偏差,把滋胃阴的药物用于脾阴虚,出现助湿碍脾等不良反应,使治疗走上了弯路。鉴于此,本文从脾阴虚的源流、临床表现、脾阴虚与胃阴虚的区别联系、脾阴虚的临床诊断标准及治疗方法等多角度进行分析阐述,由此得出结论,临床上脾阴虚并不少见,应引起临床医生的足够重视。

Spleen yin deficiency has been overlooked in TCM clinical practice. The symptoms of the spleen yin deficiency have been taken as the stomach yin deficiency, so the treatment and drug administration of the spleen yin deficiency goes astray and the therapeutic effects are not satisfactory. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to distinguish these two kinds of deficiency by clarifying the pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, their difference and similarity, the diagnostic criteria and treatment of spleen yin deficiency to gain enough attention of it.
