针灸分期治疗贝尔面瘫的效果观察

Effect observation of staging acupuncture in treating Bell's palsy

目的:探讨针灸分期治疗贝尔面瘫的临床效果。方法:选择我院2014年1月—2015年12月收治的63例贝尔面瘫患者作为本次研究对象,根据发病时间分为发展期(I组)、稳定期(II组)及恢复期(III组),每组21例;均实施中医针灸治疗,对比分析三组临床效果。结果:在治疗后,I组临床总有效率达到85.7%(17例),高于II组、III组,存在差异(P<0.05),后两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在贝尔面瘫临床治疗中,应根据病情,抓住时机,根据分期尽早治疗,临床效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,促进面部功能恢复,比常规针灸更具优势,值得临床实践。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of staging acupuncture in treating Bell's palsy. Methods: 63 patients with bell's palsy, treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015, were selected as the research objects and divided into three groups: development (group I), stabilization (group II) and recovery (group III), with 21 cases in each group. All the three groups received Chinese acupuncture and the clinical effects of three groups were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of group I was 85.7%, which was higher than that of group II and group III, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between group II and group III (P>0.05). Conclusion: The clinical treatment of Bell's palsy should be as earlier as possible based on the concrete condition and staging. Staging acupuncture had significant effect in treating Bell's palsy, it could relieve the patient's symptoms effectively and promote the recovery of facial function, which was better than conventional acupuncture,therefore, it was worthy of clinical practice.
