原发性肝癌中医证型规范化临床思路

Clinical thought on standardization of TCM syndrome types of primary liver cancer

中医是肝癌综合治疗中不可或缺的组成部分,辨证论治是中医主要治病方式,目前尚未形成统一的辨证分型为中医药诊治肝癌的一大缺陷。检索27例单纯运用中药使肝癌消失的验案进行证型研究,结果显示肝癌具体证型差异化显著,但均不离虚实属性和基本单证,提出了肝癌正虚邪实个体化证型模式,并规范证名书写格式。

Chinese medicine is an integral part of the comprehensive treatment of liver cancer, syndrome differentiation treatment is the main mode of TCM treatment, up till now, a unified syndrome differentiation type of TCM diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer has not yet been formed, which is a major defect in TCM treatment of liver cancer. This thesis reviews 27 cases of using traditional Chinese medicine in treating liver cancer and studies the syndrome types, the results show that liver cancer specific syndrome differentiation is significant, but it is related to the deficiency and excess property and the basic syndrome. The thesis proposes that syndrome type of liver cancer is asthenia healthy qi and sthenia pathogenic factor and standardizes the writing format of syndrome names.
