博尔宁胶囊对晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Boerning capsules on patients with advanced malignant tumor

目的:观察博尔宁胶囊治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为治疗组25例,用博尔宁胶囊治疗加支持疗法;对照组25例单以支持疗法。结果:治疗组近期临床有效率为56.0%,对照组为20.0%,两组相比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组癌痛控制总有效率为68.0%,对照组为36.0%,两组相比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组生存质量改善和稳定率为72.0%,对照组为32.0%,两组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:博尔宁胶囊能提高患者近期疗效,减轻癌痛症状,改善患者生活质量,使用安全有效。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Boerning capsules in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor. Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group received Boerning capsules combined with supportive therapy while the control group received only supportive therapy. Results: The short-term efficacy rate of the treatment group was 56% and that of the control group was 20%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); the cancer pain control rate of the treatment group was 68% and that of the control group was 36%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05);the improvement of quality of life and stable rate of the treatment group was 72%, and that of the control group was 32%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Boerning capsules could improve the short-term effects, relieve pain symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, the application of it was safe and effective.
