摘要
本文利用数值模拟方法研究了海洋石油海底管道外防腐涂层破损与阴极保护效果的关系。文中根据海底管道外防腐涂层随服役年限的破损规律,对相应情况下海底管道阴极保护电位分布进行了计算。本文的研究成果可应用于海底管道外防腐涂层破损情况监测、阴极保护效果评价、外防腐涂层体系选择、阴极保护系统的优化设计等领域。
The relationship of external anti-corrosion coating breakdown of submarine pipeline and influence on cathodic protection performance is studied by Numerical simulation method. Basing on the law of the external anti-corrosion coating breakdown of submarine pipeline, numerical simulation of the effect of cathodic protection system is obtained in the situation.The research result can be applied in the areas such as monitoring of the external anti-corrosion coating breakdown of submarine pipeline, evaluation of the effect of cathodic protection system, selection of the external anti-corrosion coating type,and optimizing the design of cathodic protection system of the submarine pipeline, et al.
