摘要
采用磁性纳米Fe_3O_4填充改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),制备了具有耐高温性能的磁性PTFE/Fe_3O_4复合密封材料并研究了其性能。结果表明:w(Fe_3O_4)为15%时,PTFE/Fe_3O_4复合密封材料的性能最佳。在此用量下,复合材料的维氏硬度为25.6,线膨胀系数为105.2×10^(-6)/℃,与纯PTFE相比,降低了40.1×10^(-6)/℃;复合材料的压缩率和回弹率分别为11.02%,77.99%,改善了其密封性能;复合材料的耐温等级为400℃,具有良好的耐高温性能。
Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)was modified by filling magnetic nano Fe3O4 to prepare magnetic PTFE/Fe3O4 composite sealing material with high temperature resistant properties. Testing results show that when the mass fraction of Fe3O4 is 15%, the composite exhbits the optimal propertis. Among which, the Vicker’shardness of the composite is 25.6, the linear expansion coefficient is 105.2×10-6/℃, which is 40.1×10-6/℃less than that of pure PTFE; the compression and rebound rate are 11.02% and 77.99% respectively, which represents better sealing properties; the temperature class is 400 ℃, which shows high temperature resistance.
